Ashley Bukowski has been in the real estate industry for 19 years, which is a far cry from the acting job she thought she’d have growing up.
Much like the stage and screen, real estate has allowed her to play different roles over the years. Her real estate experience includes work at several companies as office admin, CFO, COO, and agent.
In each of these roles, she saw a massive need for administrative help in the industry, and discovered her skills were a good match for transaction coordination.
Seeing the need, she took the leap, and The Ashley Group was born in 2017. What started as a solo entrepreneurial venture has grown into a full-scale business over the last seven years, helping hundreds of agents around the U.S. bring in millions of dollars in revenue.
