Which areas do you serve? 

We are currently open for business in the states of New York (NY), North Carolina (NC), Oklahoma (OK), South Carolina (SC), Louisiana (LA) and Washington (WA), however, we plan to expand our reach to serve real estate agents in other regions of the country. Stay tuned! Feel free to contact us to request services in your area. 

Do you provide marketing services or social media? 

We do not provide marketing services. By working with The Ashley Group, we will free up your time to focus on marketing efforts. We do have a network of marketing professionals we recommend and would be happy to refer you. 

What is your onboarding process? 

Just answer a few simple setup questions and you'll receive a contract from us to sign based on the services you’ve selected. Our team will set up the back end and get you ready to start! If you’re ready to sign on now,  complete the onboarding form.

How much do your services cost? 

Our services are priced at an industry standard rate. To get immediate access to pricing, download our pricing guide here!

If my deal falls through, do I still have to pay you? 

No! We only get paid if the deal closes. This is one of many ways you’ll know we are invested in working hard for you. 

Will I have multiple transaction coordinators?

No, you will be assigned to one Transaction Coordinator. This unique relationship ensures seamless processes, communication, and trust.

How do I pay you?

All invoices will be sent from The Ashley Group via QuickBooks on closing day or at the time we activate a new listing. For both training and consulting services, payment is required upon booking.

Is there anything the TC does not do? 

Your Transaction Coordinator will not negotiate any part of the deal. We leave sales to the agents so we can focus on ensuring excellent service on the back end.

Can I give you a team email address to use? 

Not now. Our teams’ email addresses, calendars, spreadsheets, and website all integrate for a seamless workflow.
